1. In an emergency, your computer technician should be onsite within 2 hours.
2. You should not pay for a computer technician to learn on the job.
3. Your technician should be well groomed and in appropriate office attire.
4. Your technician should suggest preventive solutions so that a problem does not reoccur.
5. You should never feel that any problem is too small or a waste of your technician's time.
We use employee developed core values as a sounding board for every inquiry. Those core values are;
Honesty. We don’t know everything. And we admit it but we will refer the proper expert for any problem that does not fit into our core expertise.

Do the right thing. Sounds simple but, we make recommendations to help customers not ourselves.
