We use employee developed core values as a sounding board for every inquiry.
Those core values are; |
- Honesty. We don’t know everything. And we admit it but we will refer the proper expert for any problem that does not fit into our core expertise.
- Go the extra step. This means find the problem and solve it to the customer’s satisfaction and within their budget.
- Knowledge and learning. This is an ongoing process for every employee so that we can deliver more than the customer expects.
- Accept responsibility. When asked to start a project, you are only finished when everyone agrees that it is finished.
- Teamwork. At our company we use our people to help solve complex problems. Every day our technicians will call each other or rely on customer service to research a problem to find an answer to a question.
- Do the right thing. Sounds simple but, we make recommendations to help customers not ourselves.
