hours.
2. You should not pay for a computer technician to learn on the job.
3. Your technician should be well groomed and in appropriate office attire.
4. Your technician should suggest preventive solutions so that a problem
does not reoccur.
5. You should never feel that any problem is too small or a waste of your
technician's time.
We use employee developed core values as a sounding board for every inquiry.

Every day our technicians will call each other or rely on customer service
to research a problem to find an answer to a question.
Do the right thing. Sounds simple but, we make recommendations to help
customers not ourselves.
