STANDARDS FOR COMPUTER SERVICE
1. In an emergency, your computer technician should be onsite within 2
hours.
2. You should not pay for a computer technician to learn on the job.
3. Your technician should be well groomed and in appropriate office attire.
4. Your technician should suggest preventive solutions so that a problem
does not reoccur.
5. You should never feel that any problem is too small or a waste of your
technician's time.
We use employee developed core values as a sounding board for every inquiry.

proper expert for any problem that does not fit into our core expertise.
